SPK100 - Fundamentals of Caregiving - September 2025

The goal of this course is to equip current and future caregivers with the knowledge and skills to provide high quality care in a community setting. The course will explore the traits of a successful caregiver and will focus of foundational knowledge, including health and wellness, boundaries and caregiving burnout.

This micro-credential course is hosted through Ontario Learn, and will start the second week of September 2025 and run for 12 weeks.  Each course is taught in a "Learn at your own pace" style of learning, and will consist of:

• Assignments (x1)
• Final Exam
