SPK110 - Healthy Living and the Caregiver - January 2025

This course aims to introduce students to the concepts of health and wellness through the lens of the caregiver. It will provide students with knowledge and resources that can be applied to the client(s) in their care and to develop a set of tools to help prevent caregiver burnout. Caregivers will be encouraged to collate information from this course and practically apply it to both their own wellness and the wellbeing of their client.

This micro-credential course is hosted through Ontario Learn, and will start the second week of January 2025 and run for 12 weeks.  Each course is taught in a "Learn at your own pace" style of learning, and will consist of:

• Final Exam
